We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and coach our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex e-commerce projects, with a specific focus on the Middle East market. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met are crucial aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage digital transformation from inception to successful implementation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within set timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of managing successful projects (enterprise eCommerce implementations in particular)
Expertise in agile project management methodologies is highly desirable.
Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
